Obituary

Deborah Michele (Hall) Brown, 55, of Webster Springs passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in Webster Springs. 

Born June 28, 1964 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Goodrich Hall and Vera (Bennett) Riffle.

Debbie was a retired United States Army Veteran, and the store manager for Dollar General in Webster Springs.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dogs, Cooper and Jingle. 

In addition to her mother, Vera, Debbie is survived by her daughter, Chelsea Brown; siblings, Sandra (David) Simmons, Michelle (Johnny) Silman, Mike (Laura) Mace, Tammy (George) Anderson, Terri (Brian) Mullens, Sherri (Lance) Bragg, and Derrick (Ashley) Hall; special nieces and nephews, Tina (Corey) Cochran, Bub (Carla) Simmons, Katelyn Cochran, Kassie Cochran, David Simmons, Preston Simmons, and Kalyn Vandevender; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn her passing. 

Services to celebrate Debbie’s life will be held 1PM, Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home.  Friends may join the family for visitation 11-1, Saturday, at the funeral home.  Burial with military honors will follow at Cool Springs Cemetery, Diana.
