William A. "Tony" Triplett 42, of Webster Springs, WV, passed away in Morgantown, WV, Dec. 10, 2012. He was born March 2, 1969, in Webster Springs, WV, son of Bill and Barb Triplett of Bergoo, WV, and Ella Jane and James Spencer of Webster Springs, WV.
Tony worked as a timber cutter and tree trimmer before becoming disabled.
He is survived by his partner: Sonja Moffatt and son: Cole Triplett of Webster Springs, WV, two brothers: Jeff Lyke of Webster Springs, and Mike Spencer of Hickam AFB, Hawaii, three sisters: Sally Conley of Webster Springs, Hollie Wickline , and Monica McCourt both of Bergoo, WV. Also surviving is maternal grandmother: Lucille Hamrick and many nieces and nephews that loved Uncle Tone. He is preceded in death by: maternal grandfather: Dana Hamrick and paternal grandparents: Preston and Theta Triplett.
Tony had a zest for life and will be sadly missed by many friends and family.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home with Bill Triplett officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowland Cemetery, Bergoo, WV. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at the funeral home.
