Troy M. Tysinger, 65 of Webster Springs passed away October 31, 2026 peacefully at home, surrounded by love, with his best friend and soulmate, Kathi “KB” Bass, by his side. He was born April 13, 1961, the son of the late Shirley (Gastley) and Jack Tysinger.
Troy was a devoted partner, father and friend whose warmth, strength, and presence touched the lives of everyone who knew him. A proud veteran, Troy honorably served his country in the military, carrying the values of duty, loyalty, and dedication throughout his life.
He shared a deep, unbreakable bond with his constant companion, KB. Together, they navigated life’s journey side-by-side, creating an enduring legacy of love and friendship.
As a father, Troy was immensely proud of his three sons: Tony (Tara), James (Kendra), and Camron “Ty” Tysinger. He raised them with a strong foundation of love, guidance, and support. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Jaxon, Leighton, Averi, Lincoln, Lennox, Londyn, and Maddox, all of whom brought immense joy and brightness to his life from afar. Troy was also an animal lover who leaves behind “The Kids"—his cherished cats, who brought him endless comfort and companionship.
An incredibly loyal man, Troy had a rare gift for connection. He leaves behind a wide circle of friends, both longtime friends who shared decades of memories and stories with him, and new friends who were quickly drawn to his welcoming spirit and kind heart. He valued every laugh, conversation, and moment spent with those in his life.
Troy’s passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his unwavering loyalty, and the witty, loving nature he carried with him until the very end.
The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to Michelle from Adoration Hospice for her exceptional, compassionate care and the comfort she provided to Troy and his loved ones during his final days.
Rest peacefully, Troy. Your love remains with us always.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
