Tosha McCray

Tosha Lynn McCray, 22 of Rootstown, Ohio left to be in the arms of our Lord on Friday, April 18, 2014, surrounded by family and friends at Alliance Community Hospital. She was born October 13, 1991 in Buckhannon and was a Store Manager for Ambiance of Chapel Hill. She was a 2010 Valedictorian Graduate of Beaver Local High School in Lisbon. Prior to her sudden death she was attending Kent State University where she was majoring in Human Development. Tosha knew no stranger. Everyone who met her befriended her immediately and shared a special bond with her forever.

She is survived by her mother and step-father Theresa (Jeffrey Jordan) Tanner; brother Wil (girlfriend Aileen) McCray; twin sister Tara (boyfriend Tony) McCray; maternal grandmother Cora Mae Tanner Lindsay of Uniontown, PA; and will be missed by numerous great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents George and Mae Tanner; great-uncle Walter "Sonny" Tanner; and great-aunt Anita Tanner.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Tosha's life will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Reggie Stewart officiating. She will be laid to rest in Big Run Cemetery, Diana.

Friends and classmates are encouraged to join the family for Memorial Services on Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM at Beaver Local High School in Lisbon.
