Tonya Michelle Jordan-Fares, 33 of Strange Creek, formerly of Webster Springs, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2015 in Cowen. She was born February 20, 1982 in Webster Springs to Wink Jordan and Darlene Carpenter Jordan and lived the majority of her life in Webster County. She enjoyed camping, basketball, bonfires, and having fun. She was easily entertained and could entertain her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was Methodist by faith.
Tonya is survived by her father Wink (wife Emily) Jordan; mother Darlene Jordan; husband Michael Fares; sons Alexander Cole Adkins and Ashton Thomas Adkins; daughter Aalliyah Ann White; brother Richard D. (wife Alassa) Jordan; sister Kylie Grace Jordan; mother-in-law Sally A. Fares; nephew Keaton Jordan; nieces Klaire Jordan and Ryliegh Allen; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Tonya's life will be held at 8:00 PM with Rev. Doy Carpenter officiating.
