Tony Aleshire

Tony Ray Aleshire, 57 of Scarbro, WV, formerly of Webster Springs and Texas, died in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Nov. 30, 2011.  He was born in Webster Springs, WV, Nov. 18, 1954, son of the late Clifford E. Aleshire and Delores Aleshire Joy of Webster Springs. He was an Army veteran, a Baptist by faith and a construction worker for Trimble Engineers & Construction, Inc. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Jean Aleshire, paternal grandparents:  Albert & Mamie Aleshire and maternal grandparents:  Walace & Ethel Miles. Tony is survived by his mother, Delores Aleshire Joy of Webster Springs, son:  Tony Ray Aleshire II of Mechanicsburg, PA, companion: Sharon of Oak Hill, WV, brothers:  Kent (Anita) Aleshire of Webster Springs, Jimmy (Cheryl) Aleshire of Oak Hill, WV, Rodney (Linda) Aleshire of Clay, WV, Clifford (Susan) Aleshire of Sewickley, PA, and Tim Aleshire of Oak Hill, WV, sister:  Marketia (Ron) Baker of Reynoldsburg, OH, 2 grandchildren, several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11:00 am,  Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, WV with Rev. Marty Cowger officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Webster Springs.  Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. on Sunday, at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at doddreedfh.com.
