Timothy Delbert Moffatt, 57 of Webster Springs passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at United Hospital Center. He was born March 23, 1960 in Webster Springs to Delbert Moffatt and Joyce Hatton. He lived the majority of his life in Webster County except for 10 years he spent in California.
Tim is survived by his father and step-mother Delbert (Mary) Moffatt; mother Joyce Hatton; son Timothy Moffatt; brothers Darrell and Dale Moffatt; and sister Marla Moffatt Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother Duane Moffatt.
In keeping with Tim’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no public services will be held at this time.
