Stella Stout

Stella Estline Stout, 69 of Webster Springs, previously of Maryland, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2013 at her residence. She was born August 4, 1944 in Guardian to Waiter and Sarah Cogar Miles Williams and was a Mortgage Processor. She was a member of the Holly River Baptist Church and the VFW Auxiliary.
Stella is survived by her son Paul L. (wife Cheryl) Stout of Westminster, MD; daughter Ramona S. Stout of Webster Springs; brothers Ray Williams of Orrville, OH, Bobby R. Miles of Hampstead, MD, and Ronald Miles of Webster Springs; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Bobby Stout; and great-grandson Gage Adams.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Stella's life will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Chris Cosner officiating.
