Scotty Richardson

Scotty Richardson, 77 of Cowen, WV, formerly of Sumter, South Carolina, passed away on August 8, 2011 at the Webster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cowen. She was born February 13, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio to Harry A. and Lulu Shambaugh Waldron. She graduated Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois and was Guardian ad Litem in the Sumter District IV Court before retiring.
Scotty is survived by her son Bruce Scott Richardson of Sumter; daughter Sandy Cogar of Webster Springs; and grandson Scot Bruce Richardson of Akron, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Richardson; her parents; and one brother.
Private Graveside Services will be held on Friday, August 12, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. at Florence National Cemetery, Florence, South Carolina.
