Sandra D. Davis

Sandra Darlene Davis, 78, of Wooster, OH, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Medina Hospital after a period of declining health.

Sandy was born on Dec. 29, 1946, in Cleveland, OH to Harold P. and Pearl L. (Baldwin) Foster and married Robert James Davis on Feb. 19, 1971. He preceded her in death on Oct. 4, 2005. She had worked at Ray Crow Cleaners in Wooster for 30 years and was member of Rittman Community Freewill Baptist Church. Sandy was a faithful servant of the Lord who taught Sunday School, who always loved children, and was a prayer warrior. She always put others first and she loved her family greatly. Sandy enjoyed playing games and spending time at her camp at Desert Fork, West Virginia and will be greatly missed.

Surviving are her three children, Tammy and her husband Gary Wolfe of Bolivar, OH, Tracey Davis of Wooster, OH and Robert and his wife Sherry Davis of Webster Springs, WV; 6 grandchildren and their spouses, Brian and Tiffany Wolfe, Jenna Wolfe, Cody and Tana Wasman, Brandi Wasman, Sarah and Nick Hunter and Seth and Kayla Davis and her 8 great-grandchildren, Oakley, Hayden, Robbie, Wrenly, Lainey, Avery, Jack and James.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and brothers and sisters, David, Linda, Nancy, Peggy, Harold, Stanley, Lorraine and Wayne.

Friends may call Sunday, July 13th from 2-5 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston. Services will be Wednesday, July 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home in Webster Springs, West Virginia with Rev. John Castle officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Burial will be in the McCoy Cemetery.
