Ronnie Payne

Ronnie Lee Payne, 79 of Webster Springs, WV, departed this life on April 2, 2015 in Webster Nursing and Rehab, Cowen, WV.  He was born October 13, 1935 to Ira and Rella Clevenger Payne.  He was a grader operator for the WV Department of Highways for 3o years and was a Methodist by faith.       He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters:  Ruby and Regina. Ronnie is survived by two sons:  Michael (Debbie) Payne and Keith (Sandra) Payne both of Richmond, VA, brothers:  Rendall, Ross, and Raymond Payne all of Webster Springs, WV, sisters:  Reva Payne, Retha Clayton, and Ruth Clayton all of Webster Springs, and Ramona Hines of Wellington, OH, two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
