Phyllis Ann Cowger, 66, died on Monday, Sept. 17, 2012 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. She was born in Webster County, April 21, 1946, daughter of the late Delia Ruth Hall Treciak. She was a homemaker and lived all her life in Webster County.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister:
Leola Farley, a brother: Steve Hall and a daughter: Georgianna Cowger.
Phyllis is survived by daughters: Vicky Meshell Harris of Webster Springs, WV, and Kimberly Sue Hall of Cowen, WV, sisters: Loretta Butcher and Darlene Hall both ofWebster Springs, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Cochran officiating. Burial will follow the service in Fisher Family Cemetery, Diana, WV. Friends maycall from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
