Peggy Miller

Peggy Jane Bickle Miller, 82 of Gates Mills, OH, previously of Webster Springs, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights after an extended illness.  She was born October 10, 1929 in Webster Springs to Thomas and Abby Skidmore Bickle and was Methodist by Faith.  She was the Secretary for the Mayfield School Systems for many years.  She was a member of the Historical Society and Garden Club of Mayfield Village where she enjoyed quilting with her lady friends; was an active member of Mayfield United Methodist Church; loved her children and grandchildren; enjoyed flower arranging, crafts, antique flea markets and garage sales.

Peggy is survived by her husband Oliver J. Miller, Jr. of Gates Mills; sons Mark A. (Shannon) Miller of Webster Springs and Glenn L. (Carol) Miller of Columbus, IN; daughters Abby L. Miller and Linda J. (Ken Moore) Miller of Cleveland, OH; sister Mary Bell Gregory of Florencetown, PA; grandchildren A. J. Miller, Morgan Miller, Dalton Miller, Casey Moore, Lisa Davidson Pohlad, and Jimmy (Melinda) Davidson; and great-grandchildren Evan and Claire Davidson.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Bob Bickle and Thomas Bickle; and sisters Gene Hayden, Florence Bachtel, and Dixie Brown.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Miller Cemetery, Webster Springs with Rev. Brandon Moll officiating.  Family Services provided by Dodd & Reed Funeral Home.
