Peggy Lou Fisher, 85 of Flatwoods passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at her residence with her family by her side.  She was born April 30, 1927 in Diana to Hansford V. and Mabel Tanner Cutlip.  She was a School Teacher for the Webster County Board of Education, last working in 1969.  She attended Flatwoods Baptist Church, enjoyed her grandchildren, sewing and quilting, and was a member of the Onward Homemaker's Club. Mrs. Fisher is survived by her husband Harold Glenn Fisher of Flatwoods; sons David (Diane) Fisher of Heaters; Gary Fisher of Sutton; and Grant (Sandy) Fisher of Flatwoods; brothers Perry Cutlip of Dandridge, TN and Bill Cutlip of Summersville; sisters Polly Linger of Canton, OH, Mary Gregory of Webster Springs, Agnes Cupp of OH, Sally Skidmore, Nancy Dick, Nellie Craig, and Lucy Herman, all of Medina, OH; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Frank and Jake Cutlip. Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 12:30 to 1:30 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 with Rev. Bryon Bukobesky officiating.  Interment will follow in Cutlip Cemetery, Hacker Valley.  Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice Care PO Box 323, Burnsville, WV 26335 or Cutlip Cemetery c/o Dee Fisher 70 Fisher Barbe Road, Hacker Valley, WV 26222.
