Paul Brown

Paul Franklin Brown, 69 of Madison, OH, formerly of Webster Springs, passed away on May 3, 2012 at Lake West Hospital in Willoughby.  He was born November 28, 1942 in Cleveland, OH to Franklin and Hattie Leeson Brown and was a factory worker.  He was Methodist by faith and would do anything he could for anybody. Mr. Brown is survived by his daughter Regina Brown of Webster Springs; son David P. Brown of Webster Springs; sister Joyce Railsbeck of Canton, TX; former wife Betty Lou (Stone) Palmer of Webster Springs; and five grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Richard, Robert, and Charles Brown; and sister Betty Short. Private Graveside Services were held at Miller Cemetery, Webster Springs.  Dodd & Reed Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
