Norma Eugenia Perkins Hall, 83 of Webster Springs, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014 at Summersville Regional Medical Center. She was born September 07, 1930 in Morgantown to Tom and Ruby Miller Perkins and was a lifelong resident of Webster Springs. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Webster Springs, the Garden Club, Board of Director's for Elk Riverview Terrace Apartments, and the Women's Club.  She was a School Teacher for the Webster County Board of Education and a Probation Officer.

Norma is survived by her daughter Pamela (husband Rick) Clutter of Webster Springs; brother Eddie (wife Barbara "Barb") Perkins of Erlanger, KY; sister Evelyn (husband Hansford) Hall of St. Albans; great-grandchildren Rayden Mahaffey, Makala Lou Mahaffey, Resse Ratliff, and Kamry Ratliff. She was preceded in death by her husband Porter Hall; parents; and grandson Jeremy "Muggs" Mahaffey.

Friends may join the family for sharing of memories on Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Memorial Services will be held at 8:00 PM with Pastor Rich Demastus officiating.
