Nina Belle Wilson, 80, fell asleep in death on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at her home. She was born September 26, 1943 in Hacker Valley to the late James and Pearl Baker Rose, the younger of identical twins, Anna Belle Warren preceded her in death.
In addition to her parents and identical twin sister, she was preceded in death by her brothers, sisters, and half-brothers and half-sisters: Jimmy, Braddock, Charlie, Woodrow, Paul and John Rose; Jess, James, Herman, and Marvin Baldwin; and Lillian Williams and Maggie Henderson.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Leonard Wilson of Point Mountain; children: Lesa, Angie and Kendall, all of Virginia; grandchildren: Jared, A.J., Erica, Benjamin, Olivia, and Jackson; great-grandchildren: Hartley and Everleigh; and several extended family and friends to mourn her passing.
Nina and “Jimmy” were married 63 years, a testament to devotion, loyalty and love. They enjoyed all the outdoors Webster County offers, including hunting, fishing, camping, and berry picking. Most of all campfires with the family all around.
Nina proudly learned to swim in her 40’s and a lifelong dream achievement of becoming a licensed practical nurse in her 50’s. She was an avid fan of panning for gold and metal detecting for treasure.
The family would like to express deep gratitude to Hospice of Charleston for the wonderful care given to Nina and the support shown to her family.
