Molly White

Molly Adams Batdorf White, 72 of Webster Springs passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013 at Charleston Area Medical Center General Division.  She was born August 30, 1940 in Cumberland, MD to Ellis and Dorothy Batdorf.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Webster Springs where she was a Lay Speaker for Women.  She Graduated from the Marion College for Women in Manassas, VA, managed Elkins Motor Lodge and Tavern, and worked for the Channell's Family in various capacities.  She was former President of the Webster Springs Women's Club, a member of the D.A.R., the Webster Springs Garden Club and the Webster County Nature Tour.

Molly is survived by her husband Goodridge "Sonny" White of Webster Springs; stepsons Randy White and Rodger White, both of Webster Springs; step-grandson Benjamin of Morgantown; and brother Jack (Bonnie) Batdorf of Elkins.  She was preceded in death by her parents and step-son Jeff Sechrengost.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Monday, May 27, 2013 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church, Webster Springs.  Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM at the Church with Rev. Brandon Moll officiating.  Interment will follow in Miller Cemetery, Webster Springs.
