Micheal Kent Gregory

Micheal Kent Gregory, 69 of Webster Springs passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital.

He was born April 19, 1957 in Webster Springs to the late Arden W. and Mary V. Woodzell Gregory. He was a United States Marine, a truck driver, and previously worked for Webster Ambulance, Webster Wrecker, Webster Memorial EMS, and DNR as a contractor at Big Ditch Lake. He enjoyed mowing grass for whoever needed help, turkey hunting, and spending time on Point Mountain.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Terry Lee Gregory, A. E. “Gene” Gregory, Bill Gregory, and Wesley Allen Gregory; sisters: Sherry Soriano, Carol Fink, Cindy Radcliff, Martha Louise Gregory, and Tina Marie Gregory; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Ford and Janice Holcomb.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Gloria Holcomb Gregory; son Aaron and his wife Joanna and their daughter Presley; son Kent and wife Rita and their children Adrianne, Carter, Levi, and Leah; special kids: Andy and wife Lindsey Jordan and their son Jax; Jimmy and his wife Brandi Duffield and their children Sean and Addy; and Merle Payne and his children Cora and Michael; grandkids: Stephany, Shawn, Spencer, Brooklyn, Tiffany, Grant, Kalie, Adalie, Dawson, and Parker; brother: Frank Gregory and wife Donna; sisters Beth Gregory and Dolly Sidle and her husband Dave; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends that he loved dearly and who will mourn his passing.

Celebration of Mike’s life will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with Pastor Reggie Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Point Mountain Cemetery, Webster Springs.

Friends may join the family for visitation two hours prior to service time at the funeral home.
