Mary M. Bennett

Mary M. Henline Bennett went home to be with the lord on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

Mary was born September 29, 1950 in Morgantown to the late Riley “Sid” and Lena Adamy Henline. She graduated from Webster Srings High School in 1970 and married the love of her life on March 11, 1972. She was a member of Elk Valley Chapel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Marsha Johnson; brothers: Manford Henline and Gary Henline; infant brother Cletus Allen Henline; father and mother-in-law Junior and Emogene Bennett; sister-in-law Shirley Bennett; and brothers-in-law: Byran Petenbrink, Ray Johnson, and Bud Slussar.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 53 years Richard Bennett; daughter and son-in-law Becky and Bill Vincent; grandchildren: Timothy Vincent and Kaitlyn (Trevor) Ryder; great-granddaughters: Charlotte Avery and Amelia Blake Ryder; sister Alice (Jim) Varner of Orrville, OH; brother Sanford (Elsie) Henline of Richwood; sisters-in-law: Charlotte Petenbrink, Patty Henline, and Sandy Henline; brother-in-law Pete Bennett; and many extended family and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral Services to celebrate Mary’s life will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs. She will be laid to rest at Point Mountain Church Cemetery.

Friends may join the family for visitation two hours prior to service time, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, at the Funeral Home.
