Marjorie Johns

Marjorie Mable Johns, 69 of Webster Springs passed away on Friday, March 04, 2016 at CAMC after a brief illness. She was born September 06, 1946 in Bergoo to Olen and Maude Duley Green and was a lifelong resident of Webster County. She was a tax preparer for over 42 years, working for H&R Block for 12 years and the remaining time from her home. She was well known and loved by everyone.
Marjorie is survived by her husband Roy Johns; children David Johns of Webster Springs, Lisa Nill of Lexington, NC, and Daniel Johns of Randleman, NC; grandchildren Walker and Waylon Nill; several nieces and nephews; and brothers Don Green of Webster Springs and Ronald Green of North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and two sisters.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Marjorie’s life will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in John’s Cemetery, Camp Run.
