Lottie Hamrick

April 5, 1924 — April 2, 2016

Lottie Edna Hamrick age 91 of Webster Springs passed away April 2, 2016.   She was born April 5, 1924 in Tharp Hollow, Webster County and was the daughter of the late Isaac Brannon and Bertha Hosey Tharp.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Olan Hamrick, a grandson, Jimmy Lee Douglas and two brothers, Art and Brannon Tharp.

Lottie was a Baptist by faith.  She raised five children, loved her grandkids, loved to make and can apple butter and loved quilting.

Surviving are her children; Mary Mossbarger, Arthur Hamrick, Sue Robinson and her husband Gary, Rose Bean and her husband John and Larry Hamrick; nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Service will be 11 AM Wednesday April 6th at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs with Pastor Doug Martin officiating.  Burial will follow at West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin.  Friends may call 6 PM to 9 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
