Linda Strawser

Linda Lou (McCourt) Strawser, 60 of Ravenna, OH passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Robinson Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 11, 1952, in Webster Springs, a daughter of the late Goodridge A. and Maxine (Carpenter) McCourt. Linda was a member of the Black Horse Baptist Church. She worked at many places throughout her life including East Park Restaurant and Lowes. Linda was a talented seamstress and enjoyed playing cards, camping, and watching racing.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years Howard A. Strawser; her brothers and sisters Truman (Jane) McCourt of Deerfield and Vance (Chlorine) McCourt of Deerfield, OH, Mildred Stanley of Webster Springs, Wesley (Debbie) McCourt of Alliance, OH, Nada (Ray) Roosa of Deerfield, and Goodridge McCourt Jr. of Webster Springs; as well as her step-daughter Shirley (Phil) Hinzman; step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Hoy D. McCourt.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Isaac McCourt Cemetery, Webster Springs.
