Karen Clutter

Karen Sue Clutter, 48 of 731 Kingfisher Rd., Webster Springs, WV, died on December 9, 2011 in Cabell-Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV.  She was born in Bergoo, WV on January 18, 1963, daughter of the late Vance Clutter and Gayle Mathes Clutter of Webster Springs, WV.  She was a homemaker and lived all her life in Webster County. She is survived by her mother Gayle Clutter of Webster Springs, WV; sons Michael Clutter of Bolair and Matthew Clutter of Fairmont; companion:  Edward Carpenter of Webster Springs,brothers James Clutter of Bolair, Jerry Clutter of Craigsville, John Clutter of Cowen, and Timmy Clutter of Statesville, NC; sisters Carol Cochran of Bolair and Johnni McCourt of Webster Springs; half brother Bruce Hamrick of Mooresville, NC; half-sister Delta Boothe of Colorado; and grandchild:  Myla Paige Clutter. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2011 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Lay officiating.  Burial will follow in the Woods Cemetery, Webster Springs.  Friends may call from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday, December 11, 2011 at the funeral home.
