Jennifer Alene Cogar, 43 of Webster Springs passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 as a result of an auto accident. She was born October 30, 1968 in Webster Springs to Robert Lee and Brenda K. Harrison Williams and was a homemaker. She was formerly of Alexandria, VA, attended Cherry Falls Chapel, and enjoyed arts and crafts and being on the computer.
Jennifer is survived by her former husband Doyal "Buck" Cogar of Webster Springs; son Andrew Cogar of Webster Springs; daughter Rebecca Cogar of Clay; brothers Edward Williams of Cowen and Brian Williams of Davenport, IA; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and sister Rebecca Williams.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, December 9, 2011 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Beaver Run Cemetery.
