Jeffrey Gum

Jeffrey George Gum, 48, of Webster Springs, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020. He was born February 08, 1972 in Webster Springs to the late Eugene Gum and Gladys Cutlip Gum Cogar.

Jeff was a logger and a coal miner and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Michael Gum.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Brittany (companion, Abbey Zorzi) Gum of PA, Briana Gum of Webster Springs; brother, Mark (companion, Carla Page) Gum of Webster Springs; sisters, Lisa (husband, Earl) Clutter of Webster Springs, and Katrina Lunsford of Webster Springs; former wife Jennifer Gum; best friend, AJ Pugh of Webster Springs; nephew and nieces James and Chelsi Lunsford and Megann Hayes; step-father Marvin Cogar; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Friends may join the family for a gathering 5-6pm, Sunday, March 1 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dodd & Reed Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
