Gayle Clutter, 80 of Webster Springs passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016 at her home. She was born October 21, 1935 in Webster County where she was a lifelong resident. She enjoyed fishing, bingo, and participating in the activities at the Senior Citizen Center at Forest Park. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Gayle is survived by her children Bruce (Jean) Hamrick, Jesse Ray, Delta Mae (Gene) Griffith, James (Juanita) Clutter, Jerry (Wanda) Clutter, John D. (Terri) Clutter, Timmy (Amy) Clutter, Carol (Eddie) Cochran, and Johnni (Shannon) McCourt and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Vance L. Clutter; daughter Karen Sue Clutter; sons Vance Ray and Dwight David Clutter; and grandson Trenton Ray Clutter.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, January 7, 2015 from 11:00 to 1:00 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Gayle’s life will be held at 1:00 PM with Rev. Eddie Lay officiating. Interment will follow in Clifton Ford Cemetery, Webster Springs.
