Frank Jr. Moffatt, 69, of Webster Springs passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at CAMC Memorial Division, Charleston.
Jr. was a retired coal miner from Smoot Coal Company. In his younger days, he enjoyed hunting and fishing; but, more recently, his joy came from spending time with his grandchildren.
Born January 22, 1947 in Webster Springs, he was the son of the late Denzil and Lena (Ventriglia) Moffatt.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Sandra Faye (Durham) Moffatt of Webster Springs; children, Tony Jr. Moffatt of Bunker Hill, Monica Tanner (husband, Pete), Steve Moffatt (wife, Amy), Sonya Moffatt, and Mikel Moffatt, all of Webster Springs; grandchildren, Bradley Moffatt, Makayla Moffatt, Hunter Tanner, Noah Tanner, Seth Moffatt, Trevor Moffatt, Stevie Moffatt, and Cole Triplett; brothers, Rob Moffatt (wife, Sue), Larry Moffatt (wife, Tammy), Bud Moffatt (wife, Rhonda), and Teddy Moffatt (wife, Angie); sister, Robin Sue Ware (companion, Kem Henley); special uncle Don Moffatt; beloved pet, Katie; and a host of nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives.
Services will be held 1:00 PM, on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Cherry Falls Chapel with Pastors Theron Durham and Sam Nichols officiating. Burial will follow at West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin.
Friends may join the family 6-9 on Thursday, at the church.
