Elvis Ray Cutlip

Elvis Ray Cutlip, 63 of Webster Springs passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025 at his home.

He was born November 5, 1961 in Webster Springs to the late Wanetta Cutlip.

Elvis obtained his Business Administration degree from Glenville State College. He loved all sports, especially football, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was an animal lover and loved to care for his cats.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step-father Wilbur Glen Hosey and brother-in-law Lonnie Short.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Melody Norton; sisters: Jessica Short and Charl Jordan; nephews: Jeremie Short and Charlie Jordan; niece Chelsie (CJ) Bender; great-nieces: Madison Short and Charlotte Bender; and many other extended family and numerous friends to mourn his passing.

Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Cool Springs Cemetery, Diana. Celebration of Life Dinner will follow at the Diana Community Building.
