Elda Marie Thompson Clutter

Elda Marie Thompson Clutter, 76, of DeFuniak Springs, FL, entered into rest on January 30, 2024, at Ascension Hospital in Ft. Walton, Florida after a short illness. Born March 15, 1947, Elda was born 1 of 12 siblings in Ohio to the late Arnell and Annabelle Havens Thompson.

Elda  enjoyed spending time with her family most of all and was a resident of Diana, WV. Elda loved quilting and spending time with children, grandchildren and extended family 

Elda was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Clutter; son Leon Raymond Clutter; and daughter Ethel Renee Clutter.

Elda is survived by her very special niece, Colleen Sconiers (LeeRoy Holden) who cared and loved her deeply; daughters: Rebecca Clark of Freeport, Deneen Sutherland of VA, LeAn Stout (Eugene Cogar) of Diana, WV, and Amy Clutter of Athens, OH; 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and many other friends and family to mourn her passing.

Davis/Watkins in Florida is in charge of cremation and a memorial service will be help in Webster Springs at a later time.
