Dorothy Marie Armentrout Lewis of Webster Springs passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015 after a sudden illness. She was born August 15, 1944 in Webster County to the late Everett Willie and Mary Lucille Barker Armentrout and was a lifelong resident of Webster County. She was a Home Health Care worker for the Webster County Senior Citizens and was a member of Beaver Run Community Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Armentrout, Joe Armentrout, Steve Armentrout, and David Armentrout.

Dorothy is survived by her husband Duke Lewis; children Michael (wife, Pam) Henline, Dean Armentrout, Darrell (wife, Terri) Deel, Eugene Deel, Brian (wife, Jennifer) Lewis, and Terry (wife, Lynn) Lewis; brother, Odie (wife, Anabelle) Armentrout; sisters, Rebecca (husband, Gary) Cogar, and Vivian (husband, Manzel) Crites; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Dorothy’s life will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Doug Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Harrison Cochran Cemetery.
