Denzil Steele

Denzil Boyd Steele, 62, of Upperglade, WV, died at his residence on Adam Steele Road, Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013. He was born in Buckhannon, WV, April 5, 1951, son of the late George W. and Clara Belle Woodring Steele. He lived all of his life in Webster County, was a maintance worker, farmer and woodworker. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, model airplanes, carpentry, woodworking and family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several siblings. He is survived by his son: Dusty (Diann) Steele of Upperglade, grandchildren: Dallas and Damon Steele, one aunt: Eulice Steele of Norton, OH, cousin: Terry Steele-Austin of Akron, OH, and half sister: Artenna Cogar of Beckley, WV.
Services will be held at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, WV, Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jim Varney officiating. Burial will follow in the Steele Family Cemetery, Upperglade, WV. Friends may call on Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
