David "Home Babe" Dyer

David M. “Home Babe” Dyer age 63 of Clarksburg formerly of Webster Springs passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019. He was born August 21, 1955 in Harrison Co. and was the son of the late Okey and Dorothy Harper Dyer. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Fred Dyer.

Home Babe was active with the Webster Springs Fire Department before moving to Clarksburg.  He loved to hunt, fish and was an avid WVU Mountaineer fan.

Service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs with Pastor Bennie Cowger officiating.  Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery, Webster Springs. Friends may visit 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home on Wednesday.
