David Lee Woods, 46 of Webster Springs passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014 at Thomas Memorial Hospital in Charleston. He was born May 7, 1967 in Buckhannon to Darrell Ray and Rosalee "Rosie" Anderson Woods and was a lifelong resident of Webster County. David was a friendly, kind hearted spirit who always had a smile. He was ever willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
David is survived by his parents; brothers Terry (wife Glenda) Woods of French Creek and Robert "Bobby" (wife Sue) Woods of Webster Springs; nieces Tera and Reva Woods; nephew Timothy Woods; and many friends.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate David's life will be held at 2:00 PM with Rev. Doug Martin officiating. Interment will follow on the Woods Family Farm, Webster Springs.
