David Deel

David Allen Deel, 75 of Webster Springs passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the home of his daughter. He was born August 13, 1940 in Webster Springs and was the last living child of Ernest Howard and Lena Deel. He was a coal miner and enjoyed horseshoes, playing banjo, and bluegrass music.
David is survived by his children Concetta Blake of Webster Springs, James Deel (Becky Sparks) of Webster Springs, Jamie (Ryan) Mathes of Craigsville, Allison Clevenger of Morgantown, and Keith Clevenger of Webster Springs; grandchildren Nathan Deel, Andrew Deel, Destiny Webb, Gabrial Hunter, Brandi Hayhurst, and Vanessa Johns. He was preceded in death by his wife Regina Lee Robinson Deel and his brothers and sisters.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate David’s life will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Fraternal Cemetery Association of Belington.
