Charles Lynch

Charles Edward Lynch, 80 of Webster Springs passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at WVU Hospitals, Ruby Memorial. He was born July 14, 1936 in Webster Springs to Silas and Ollie Carpenter Lynch. He loved to look through pictures and enjoyed walking in the woods and collecting and working on chain saws. He was a logger and previously dug graves for Dodd & Reed Funeral Home.
Charles is survived by his daughter Patsy Price; grandson Andy Harris; sisters Ruby Brooks, Blanch Rose, Oma Clutter, Dora Lee Clutter, and Betty Jo Pugh; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Arzana Gregory and Nellie Lynch.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Charles’ life will be held on Saturday at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Webster Springs.
