Carolyn Sue Sill, 50 of Webster Springs passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born December 14, 1963 in Braxton County to Aaron Cowger and Eva Jean Deel and spent the majority of her adult life in Webster County and attended Bergoo Baptist Church. She graduated from Webster County High School and NIT of Charleston. She was very involved in Breast Cancer Awareness and enjoyed fishing, electronics, and driving.
Carolyn is survived by her father; sons Jeffrey (wife Allissa) Sill of Rock Hill, SC and Justin Hosey of Webster Springs; brother Wilbert Michael Hosey of Bergoo; half-brothers Lee (wife Janet) Cowger of Webster Springs and Dee (wife Angie) Cowger of Webster Springs; half-sister Pennie (husband Shane) Meeks of York, SC; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her mother and sisters Pamela Rose and Sandra Nutter.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Carolyn's life will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home with Bill Triplett officiating. Interment will follow in Meadowland Cemetery, Bergoo.
