Beulah Hice

October 3, 1947 — February 16, 2019

On February 16, 2019, heaven gained another angel, our mother, Beulah Kay Hice (Schrader); she was born Oct. 3, 1947. Waiting with arms wide open was our brother, her son, John W. Hice. She was born to the late George W & Genevieve B. Schrader.

Mom was strong in her faith with her husband, Russell L Hice by her side.  She enjoyed going to the Bergoo Church once a week to see her Church family and have lunch.

She spent many years taking care of others and tending to their needs, along with their families; she loved every day of it and always brought a smile into someone’s life.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Billy J. Hice, location unknown. She is preceded in death by her son, John W. Hice. She is loved and will forever be missed by her daughters, Cindy Mollohan and her husband Joe Mollohan, of Cowen and Denise Hice of Summersville.

Mom always had a sparkle in her eyes when she spoke of her grandchildren and through them she will live; Corey & Johnna Mollohan of Craigsville, Channing Smith of Nettie, and Chandley J Smith & Devin Richardson of Charmco. Mom also had 4 other Grandchildren.

She will be remembered always smiling and bragging about her great-grandchildren, Zander Bryant, Addison Claire & Kelsi Marie Mollohan, and Breleigh Sage Richardson; with them there will always be a part of her with us. Mom also had 4 other Great Grandchildren.

Mom will always be remembered with a love of her family, a smile and a quirky sense of humor.

Mom will be cremated and laid to rest by her father, mother and son, with a graveside service 1pm, Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Grassy Creek cemetery at the Mount Zion Church as she requested, with the Rev. Larry Cochran officiating.
