Sheila Ann McCoy, 60, of Webster Springs, WV, departed this life on Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She was born in Bastian, VA, April 1, 1953, the daughter of Henry J. Hall and the late Dorothy R. Lukas Hall. Sheila lived most of her life in Webster County, was a waitress at Main Street Cafe, and attended the Cherry Fall Chapel. She enjoyed her grandchildren and flowers.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband: Doug McCoy of Webster Springs, son: Shawn David (Tammy) McCoy of Webster Springs, WV, daughter: Sara Beth (Scott) Snyder of Cowen, WV, father: Henry J. Hall of Webster Springs, brothers: Jack (Judy) Hall of Webster Springs, and Jim (Debbie) Hall of Ludowici, GA, and sister: Judy (Bob) Proudfoot of Raleigh, NC, and grandchildren: Brandon and Dalton McCoy and Natalie and Alexa Snyder.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m.,Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with Rev. Sam Nichols officiating. Burial will follow in the McCoy Family Cemetery, Rt. 4, Webster Springs, WV. Friends may call on Monday, Sept. 9, from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
