Micheal Dawyne Gillespie, 55 of Athens, WV. formerly of Cowen,WV. passed away Saturday January 7, 2012 at Logan Memorial Hospital. He was the son of Harold R. Ledsome of Cowen and the late Mary Linda Gillespie Ledsome.  He was born on August 14, 1956 in Webster Co.

  He enjoyed hunting ,fishing and spending time with family, he was a Mechanic.

  He was preceded in death by his mother,sister; Dinah L. Ledsome, brother; Ray Edward Ledsome; he is survivid by son; Micheal Dawyne Gillespie JR. of Cowen,Dad; Harold R. Ledsome of Cowen, Sisters; Linda F. Reed (Lonnie Hinkle) , Angela D. (Terry) Jarvis, Kimberly S. Conrad(David Canida) all of Craigsville,WV. Janet E. Ledsome, Renea L. (Danny) Cogar,Sarah J. Ledsome, all of Cowen, brother; Harold R. (Sherry) Ledsome of Craigsville, 5 grandchildren.

 Graveside service will be held at the Sunset Memorial Park, Erbacon,WV. on saturday January 14,2012 at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev. Sam Gray officating.
